This workshop is born from the deep desire of women to accompany girls in their first experience with the period and their transition to the world of women. It is aimed at mothers, aunts, friends, teachers and grandmothers who want to feel more prepared for this great task: to be able to transmit a positive message about menstruation and femininity to the next generation of young girls. And to any woman who wants to feel the strength of her female genealogy and reconnect with her deep wisdom.
A key element in our healing and empowerment as women has to do with reconnecting with our "Inner maid", the teenage girl we carry inside, and creating a new relationship of trust with her. When we intend to heal and awaken this part of ourselves, we will be able to accompany our daughters, nieces, friends or students with more fluency and joy, aware of not projecting in them what we lacked in this important moment of life.
Being women and mothers we should know about our cycle and harmonize with our own nature so that we can share and give a positive and healthier message to our child about it.
All objectives of the workshop are focused through art-therapy, dance-therapy and meditation.
Key Takeaways:
* Transform the negative messages that we received with the arrival of menstruation.
* Connect with our maternal lineage and the thread of menstrual blood that unites us with all our female ancestors.
* Inspire us with positive ideas to welcome menstruation and to be more in harmony with our own cycles.
* Provide resources to address in a naturally dialogue the female knowledge with girls.
* Connect with the sacred female and the power of rituals.
