She has addressed themes like Body Image, Self-expression, Emotional wellbeing, Gender Roles and equality etc. She holds a Visharad in the Indian Classical dance form Kathak. She is also a Learning & Development facilitator with 8 years of experience. She is adept in conducting training workshops and Learning Management practices. Besides her skills in creative movement and L&D, she holds a Masters Degree in Sociology and Gender Studies.
