Mukta Mayoori is an enabler of ‘spiritual practices’ for journeying within. In her approach, she amalgamates various domains of wisdom for conscious living. She offers workshops nationally and internationally in two areas- For women’s circles – mandala- A scared female dance practice and the other is “Mantra sadhana”.
With a strong foundation of various schools of spiritual masters from early childhood, her quest for spiritual journey was fueled by her extensive study of Sanskrit scriptures. She completed her Graduation with major in Sanskrit and Journalism. Following that she completed her Masters in Mass Communication from MIC, MAHE, India. She pursued her journalistic career briefly followed by a long decade stint in Advertising and marketing across Bangalore and New Delhi. She was heading an advertising company when she decided to quit the corporate world to embrace a new life with work on consciousness. She was deeply taken in by the work in social sector with focus of change in consciousness and continues to offer her time and energy for an NGO.
Having deeply immersed herself in the past with various techniques of healing tools by various masters, she identified "Mandala dance" by Maya mandala as one of her callings. Certified to teach the same, she offers mandala workshops to women's groups and circles. She is pursuing her training in Kathak, Sitar and Hindustani vocals and imbibes the sacred language of "Naada" in her workshops on "Mantra Sadhana" for alignment within. She integrates breathwork, pranayama and other modules of healing as and when necessary.
